Review by Marcelo Oliveira

The album Leytmotif Luzifer The VII Temptations Of Man by Abigor is a masterpiece of black metal. The Austrian band has created a work that is both intense and atmospheric, with a sound that is both brutal and beautiful.

The album is divided into seven movements, each one exploring a different temptation that man faces in his life. From the opening track "Temptation I: The Lust for Cruelty" to the closing track "Temptation VII: The Lust for Glory," Abigor takes the listener on a journey through the darkest corners of the human psyche.

The music is complex and challenging, with intricate guitar work and thundering drums. The vocals are raw and powerful, conveying the emotions of each temptation with brutal honesty. The use of keyboards and other atmospheric elements adds to the overall sense of dread and darkness.

Abigor is an Austrian black metal band founded in 1993 by PK (guitar) and TT (guitars/drums). They were soon joined by Rune (now known as Tharen of Amestigon) who did the vocals. In the autumn of the same year they released the demo "Ash Nazgh..." and in December they released "Lux Devicta Est". In early 1994 they released the third demo simply titled "Promo Tape 2/94" and the fourth and last official demo, "Moonrise". After the tapes Tharen was replaced by Silenius and the band recorded the rehearsal tape "Hate & Sin" to test the new vocalist and prepare for the first album, signed to the Austrian label, Napalm Records. In June 1994, they released "Verwüstung / Invoke the Dark Age
