When i was 21 I was a uni student in glasgow and got a job selling perfumes and aftershaves at a mall in glasgow. Didn't fancy it at first but some of the girls working there were hot and i figured the female clientele would be good as well. When there i met a staff member called catriona. She was the hottest person i ever met in real life up to that point and as down to earth as you can be, she was a dream in real life. We had a brilliant friendship based on how much we loved clubbing and dance music. We had tapes on loop in the store that played various tracks and one tape had this song and remix on it. I always told cat (the funky catmiester) as i nicknamed her that i loved this tune. After 2 years i left and as a leaving present she found this track on the net and burned a cd of it for me. Full 9 min version. Best leaving gift from the best person ive ever known. That was 17 years ago and we never kept touch after that. But i still have my cd, and now i have this on YouTube. Happy times then, happy days now!

i'm wondering something? if the Universal fire happened in 2008? Then the master tapes to this were burned ? as you know Universal owns numerous older labels such as MCA and Motown, among others. I'm feeling sick to my stomach as i'm going thru my older 12 inch singles and figuring out many are probably irreplaceable..
